Qualifications

Two years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining.

Responsibilities

Manage a specific kitchen section autonomously (starters, mains, etc.) per Belmond standards.
Prepare and present dishes according to Executive Chef's recipes with focus on aesthetics and taste.
Collaborate with the brigade to ensure efficient, timely service and respect ticket times.
Promote sustainability by minimizing food waste in line with Belmond policies.
Maintain HACCP hygiene and safety standards; assist training of commis de cuisine.
