Job summary

Splendido, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino, Italy, seeks an IT Supervisor to lead IT projects, support on-site and remote users, and ensure secure, reliable IT services for all departments.

You will oversee hardware, software, networks, and AV systems; coordinate with vendors; and contribute to seasonal openings with robust IT operations and guest-focused service. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher in IT-related field, with proven experience.
• Experience in technical support, ideally in hospitality or luxury environments.
• Excellent command of Windows and MacOS and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects assigned by management, ensuring timely execution.
• Provide on-site and remote user support; assist guests when needed.
• Monitor IT services continuity and coordinate with vendors for SLA adherence.
• Ensure security and compliance with company IT policies.
• Install and configure IT assets; manage changes with ICT team.
• Participate in IT audits and seasonal IT operations for openings/closings.
• Diagnose faults in hardware and audiovisual equipment; restore functionality.
• Configure software and assist users in digital tools usage.
• Apply Belmond Group IT procedures and pursue continuous service improvement.
• Prepare annual report of IT requests; assess priorities and costs.
