Splendido, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino, Italy, seeks an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join its HR team. You will support a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, training, HR reporting, HRIS, talent acquisition, and employer branding, helping to deliver authentic luxury experiences for guests and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate has around 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, a proactive approach, excellent communication, and fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Around 5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven experience in supporting HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and a strong understanding of HR reporting and analytics.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Mansioni

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Assist in the planning of training sessions and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support the HR Manager in the analysis of HR reports.
• Assist in the maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Splendido and Belmond as employer of choice.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs as well as special initiatives for employees’ wellbeing.
• Be an ambassador of Belmond's values, standards, and policies at all times, both within and outside the workplace.
