LU-VE Group is seeking a SAP Solution Specialist to support SAP S/4HANA SD and related modules within the ICT Department. The role is based in Uboldo (VA) and reports to the Business IT Solutions Manager.

The successful candidate will manage SAP SD configuration, participate in full implementation lifecycles, and collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance for process optimization and roll-outs. Italian and English fluency is required along with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA SD and knowledge of SAP

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or similar.
• Language skills: English and Italian at middle-high level; other languages are welcome.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
• At least 5 years of work experience in SAP S/4HANA SD Module, preferably in manufacturing or international contexts.
• Knowledge of SAP FIORI.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet company requirements and ensure integration with other SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, FI, PP, SAP CRM, BI).
• Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from requirements through go-live and post-deployment support; plan tests, mentor Key Users, and prepare manuals and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to collect requirements, provide functional expertise, analyze processes, and share results with the Group ICT Team.

We are looking for a SAP Solution Specialist to support LUVE that will report to the Business IT Solutions Manager and will be part of ICT Department . ICT Team is based in Uboldo (VA).

Mission of the role

The resource will be responsible for managing processes within our SAP S/4HANA system, interact with internal stakeholders, collaborating with different departments to optimize and improve business processes and follow implementation projects and roll-out.

Studing of new functionalities and add-on modules will be part of the responsabilities and also AMS support will be part of it. For AMS it’s required to give support to users to facilitate their daily activities and indicating the correct procedure for using SAP transactions according to Company processes.

You will be in charge of

• Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet Company business requirements (Solutions + processes & rules) and integration with other SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, FI, PP, SAP CRM, BI).
• Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-deployment support. Planning and conducting tests, mentoring and training the Key Users, prepare user manuals and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance business teams, collect new requirements & provide functional expertise when needed in order to integrate processes analyze them and share them with the Group ICT Team

Education & Experience we are looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or similar.
• Language skills: English and Italian expertise is mandatory both spoken and written at middle-high level. Other languages are appreciate.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
• At least 5 years of work experience in SAP- S/4HANA SD Module, preferably in manufacturing complex or international contexts.
• Knowledge of SAP FIORI.

• Skills on self long time planning and emergency reaction.
• Skills on multi-project planning and AMS (Help Desk, ticketing) management tools.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate feedback, respect of dead-line and commitment.

Nice to have

• SAP SD certifications.
• Knowledge of other sales modules such as CRM, CS , Co-Va.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, SAP PS, PPM)
• Knowledge of EDI interfaces
• Basic knowledge of ABAP code and debugging techniques
• Knowledge of SOD and DOA themes.

The indicative gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €50.000,00 - €55.000,00 depending on the candidate's experience and seniority level. The compensation package also includes a company performance bonus. The applicable collective labour agreement is CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, which provides an annual welfare benefit of €250.
