Job summary

KION Group is seeking an SAP Inhouse Consultant (EWM) within Operations ITS EMEA across Italy, Czech Republic and Spain. You will define process steps, drive standardization, and manage global key user networks to improve transparency and efficiency across regions.

We value 5 years in SAP EWM, strong process documentation, and English communication. Travel internationally is required. The role offers a hybrid setup with a competitive package and room to shape the future of world trade.

Qualifications

• University studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or a completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
• 5 years of professional experience in SAP - EWM or in a comparable work environment
• Experience in problem solving with local key users and IT as well as in analyzing business processes
• Very good knowledge in elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications
• Good communication skills in English are essential
• Being able to speak German, Czech, Polish or other languages spoken in EMEA is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally

• Define the process steps and process deviations in your area of responsibility in detail
• Promote standardization and support regions/sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions
• Proactively identify and propose new opportunities for standardization to improve processes
• Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions into the organization
• Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)

Our multinational team working in an international environment across Eastern Europe is looking for experienced professionals in Italy (Luzzara, Lainate or Rolo), Czech Republic (Pilsen Region, South Bohemian Region, Brno, Plzen) and Spain (Pallejà). If you have a strong interest in business processes and SAP‑based production environments, this role will allow you to help drive the standardization and continuous improvement of processes, ensuring transparency, efficiency and alignment across regions and sites.

The following skills and competencies are required for this position:

• You have a completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
• You have 5 years of professional experience in the area of SAP - EWM or in a comparable work environment
• You are experienced in problem solving with local key users and IT as well as in analyzing business processes
• Your very good knowledge in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications supports you in this role
• Good communication skills in English are essential
• Being able to speak a language e.g. German, Czech, Polish, or other languages spoken in EMEA are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally

The pay range for this role is estimated to be 47.000- 62.000 € per year at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
