BearingPoint in Milan or Turin is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant focused on SAP S/4HANA EWM to help clients transform warehouse and logistics processes.

You will deliver client-facing SAP projects, design functional solutions, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve measurable business outcomes while supporting post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on EWM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM and warehouse logistics processes.
• Gather requirements, develop functional specs, and communicate recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, processes and SAP configuration.
• Design warehouse processes including inbound/outbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping.
• Configure EWM capabilities such as structures, storage control, handling units, tasks, and labor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and advise on EWM capabilities and best practices.
• Coordinate with MM, SD, PP and technical teams for end-to-end integration.
• Support testing, data migration, cutover, training and post-go-live activities.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

Join Our Dynamic Team

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their warehouse management and logistics processes with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Location: Milan or Turin

Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of an international team, you will deliver client-facing SAP projects, supporting organizations as they design, implement, and improve their SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to translate business needs into effective, sustainable outcomes, including:

• Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Analyzing warehouse and logistics requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
• Designing and supporting warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and physical inventory.
• Configuring SAP EWM capabilities such as warehouse structures, storage control, handling units, warehouse tasks and orders, and labor management, as appropriate to project needs.
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP EWM capabilities and leading practices.
• Coordinating with SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP), as well as technical teams, to support end-to-end process integration.
• Contributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support, with close attention to detail.
• Building trusted client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results.

Background & Experience

• You have a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on SAP EWM processes and solutions.
• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM and a strong understanding of warehouse management and logistics processes.
• You can gather and analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and communicate recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• You demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to adapting to changing project needs.
• You have strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with a collaborative and client-oriented attitude.
• You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage. Other European languages are a plus.
• You are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it.
