Mind The Value is seeking a Senior SAP MM Consultant to join the Procure To Pay unit. You will work on international SAP projects, designing and optimizing procurement processes.

The role requires strong SAP MM expertise, ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions, and collaboration across business, project, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Fluency in English and Italian is required; a path for growth and exposure to multinational clients awaits.

Competenze

• 4+ years hands-on SAP MM experience.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or transformation.
• Strong Procure To Pay process knowledge.
• SAP MM functional analysis and configuration.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• English and Italian proficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant to join our Procure To Pay Business Unit.

The selected candidate will work on international SAP projects, supporting clients in the design, implementation and optimization of procurement and purchasing processes.

The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP MM, the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams and technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from process analysis and solution design to implementation and post go-live activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize Procure To Pay business processes
• Collect and translate business requirements into SAP MM solutions
• Perform functional analysis and support SAP MM configuration activities
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout and transformation projects
• Design process improvements and support solution evolution
• Manage testing activities, UAT and go-live phases
• Prepare functional documentation and project deliverables
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support junior consultants through knowledge sharing and project guidance

Requirements

Technical & Functional Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM
• Previous experience in SAP implementation, rollout or transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of Procure To Pay processes
• Experience in SAP MM functional analysis and configuration
• Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders and understand business needs
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is considered a plus
• Knowledge of SAP FI and/or SAP SD integration is considered a plus
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professional working proficiency in English and Italian
