Prysmian is seeking a Project Support Assistant to provide operational support for procurement and logistics activities in the Lombardy region. You will handle PR/CO releases, IC PO processing, and order confirmations to trigger manufacturing, while supporting shipments and documentation for ongoing projects.

The role requires a Master’s degree and fluency in English and Italian, plus strong MS Office skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Languages or International Relations.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Release of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Call-Off orders (CO) for external procurement.
• Release of Intercompany Purchase Orders (I/C PO) for internal Prysmian group needs.
• Release of Order Confirmations to trigger production at the plant.
• Release of Customer Master Data for new customers and updates.
• Support shipments of cables, installation equipment and consumables.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents and declarations.
• Track shipments and manage project archives.
