Mind The Value is a global consulting firm providing SAP transformation and process optimization. We are seeking an SAP CO consultant with 4+ years of experience to join our team in permanent roles in Italy.

You will gather requirements, support CO configuration, drive optimization initiatives, and coordinate with stakeholders and project teams. Strong English language skills and communication are essential for success in our multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Support SAP CO functional analysis and configuration activities.
• Drive Controlling process optimization initiatives.
• Support implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate activities with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training.
• Contribute to Business Unit growth initiatives and new opportunities.

Expected salary range: € 45,000 - € 50,000 gross annual salary, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
