Mind The Value is seeking an SAP EWM Business Analyst to lead warehouse process design and optimisation for national and international logistics transformation projects. You will analyse requirements, configure SAP EWM, and ensure smooth inbound/outbound and inventory operations, collaborating with clients and technical teams.

The role calls for hands-on SAP EWM, strong logistics knowledge, and fluent Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SAP Logistics projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM.
• Experience in a consulting company or system integrator.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience in functional analysis, configuration and testing.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Candidates with experience only as SAP end-users may not fit.

Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP EWM Business Analyst to work on national and international logistics transformation projects.

The role focuses on analysing, designing and optimising warehouse processes through SAP EWM, working closely with clients and technical teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SAP Logistics projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM
• Previous experience in a consulting company or system integrator
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
• Experience in functional analysis, configuration and testing
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken

Main Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and warehouse processes
• Design and optimise TO-BE warehouse processes
• Perform SAP EWM functional analysis and configuration
• Support inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment and stock processes
• Support SAP EWM integration with S/4HANA

Expected salary range: €35,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
