Job summary

Mind The Value is seeking an Area Lead SAP Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience to guide delivery on international projects. You bring deep SAP module knowledge, consulting background and a talent for coordinating small teams and client interactions.

You will drive solution design, support business development initiatives and mentor colleagues while working in a multinational context. Fluent English and Italian are required; permanent contract with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience.
• Strong expertise in at least one main SAP module.
• Previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business processes.
• Experience coordinating project activities and/or small teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian, written and spoken.
• Note: candidates with experience only as SAP end-users in final client companies may not be aligned.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Area Lead SAP Consultant with 5+ years of experience in at least one main SAP module and previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators.

The role combines SAP expertise, project delivery, team coordination, client interaction and business development within international SAP transformation projects.

Candidates MUST have:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience
• Strong expertise in at least one main SAP module
• Previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of business processes
• Experience coordinating project activities and/or small teams

Expected salary range: € 50,000 – € 55,000 gross annual, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
