SNI is seeking a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to support complex international projects and Application Maintenance Services (AMS). This role involves leading SAP FI/CO processes with a strong focus on Finance and Controlling, particularly Product Costing (CO-PC). The hybrid work model includes 30% onsite in Milan and 70% remote.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, and strong communication skills in English. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and resolving issues in SAP environments.

Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months (with strong possibility of extension)
• Work Model: Hybrid – 30% onsite in Milan / 70% remote

Scope

The role will be part of complex international project environments and Application Maintenance Services (AMS), primarily within industrial and manufacturing sectors. The consultant will act as a senior functional expert, supporting project delivery with a strong focus on Finance processes and Controlling activities, particularly Product Costing (CO-PC).

• Lead and support SAP FI/CO processes within complex project and AMS environments.
• Focus on Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), with strong expertise in CO-PC (Product Costing).
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including both brownfield and greenfield implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Provide functional support, issue analysis, and resolution in customized SAP environments.
• Perform ABAP debugging when required to support root cause analysis and issue investigation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance and Controlling processes.
• Ensure system stability and performance within the AMS support scope.

Skills

• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP FI/CO.
• Deep knowledge of Controlling processes, especially CO-PC (Product Costing).
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects (greenfield and brownfield).
• Experience working in complex project environments and AMS support models.
• Background in industrial and/or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to perform ABAP debugging and analyze issues in customized SAP landscapes.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end financial processes in SAP.
• Fluent English (spoken and written, C1 level or higher) – mandatory
