SteelcoBelimed is seeking an Salesforce Application Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce-based solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical teams, ensure alignment with platform standards, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

You will lead complex CRM initiatives, leverage standard Salesforce capabilities, and guide junior consultants while collaborating with product owners and IT teams.

Competenze

• Experience with complex CRM environments that translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service in demanding projects; leverage standard capabilities.
• Led functional teams in implementation projects guiding business and IT decisions.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent qualification.
• Clear communication with stakeholders; balance business goals with technical constraints.
• Good English; German/Italian or other languages are advantageous.
• Salesforce certifications and exposure to Jira/Azure DevOps enhance profile.

Your Responsibilities

The Salesforce Application Consultant (m/f/d) is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Salesforce-based business solutions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the consultant translates business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with platform standards, enterprise architecture, and best practices. The role plays a key part in driving the organization's digital transformation by identifying optimization opportunities, challenging existing processes, and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions that maximize business value and platform standardization.

The role actively contributes to product delivery, solution design, process optimization, and adoption of AI-supported development methodologies.

Your Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with Product Owners and business teams, you clarify requirements and turn them into scalable Salesforce solutions that work in day-to-day operations
• You lead complex, cross-functional solution initiatives and guide other Application Consultants on quality, standards, and professional development
• For every new requirement, you first assess what Salesforce standard functionality can deliver before introducing custom development
• Together with developers, you design extensions and integrations that fit the existing system landscape
• As part of the product team, you refine the backlog, estimate effort, and plan releases while keeping benefits, risks, and dependencies transparent
• With platform standards and enterprise architecture in mind, you challenge existing processes, reduce unnecessary complexity, and increase automation
• Your work follows each solution through to production, including testing, user acceptance, deployment, and the use of AI-assisted tools for analysis, documentation, and quality assurance

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience with complex CRM environments enable you to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
• You know Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service from demanding projects and use their standard capabilities effectively
• In complex implementation projects, you have already taken the functional lead and helped business and IT teams reach clear decisions
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable practical qualification gives you the right foundation
• When working with different stakeholders, you communicate clearly, challenge established processes, and balance business goals with technical constraints
• Strong English skills allow you to work confidently in an international environment, while German, Italian, or other languages are an advantage
• Salesforce certifications, experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, and basic knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Salesforce Flow strengthen your profile
