Siemens in Milano is seeking a Solution Analyst to join the global SherpaX SI 3S CPQ project team. You will define requirements and user stories for the new SF RCA CPQ solution and support integrations with ERP and other IT systems, collaborating with Product Owner, Architect, and Development Team.

We value Salesforce CPQ+ experience, SFDC development knowledge, and a proven track record delivering large-scale CPQ projects in international contexts.

Your role:

As a Solution Analyst, you will be part of our global SherpaX SI 3S CPQ project team, contributing to the design and implementation of the state-of-the-art IT platform for the offering business in Smart Infrastructure (SI). Your day-to-day activities will include defining requirements and user stories for the new SF RCA CPQ solution, supporting integrations and information management across Siemens SI IT applications, including interfaces with ERP and other systems, and close collaboration with the agile team, Product Owner, Solution Architect, Product Manager, and Development Team to strengthen the connection between business needs and IT solutions.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Working towards identifying and eliciting the SI CPQ business needs;
• Researching, planning, and explaining to PO’s and developers what is required and overseeing the progress and the quality of the project;
• Working with the business and acting as a bridge towards the IT team;
• Working closely with the SI 3S CPQ architect to come up with smart and efficient IT solutions;
• Breaking down the business features into workable, manageable user stories;
• Work in an Agile Safe framework;
• Supporting evolving the functional solution architecture.

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements

• Multiple years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ+ (preferably with RCA/ARM) as a solutions consultant or user;
• Knowledge of SFDC development and or Admin will be considered a plus;
• Multiple experience in defining features and user stories in at least one large-scale SDLC international project, preferably in the space of CPQ;
• Experience presenting to PO’s or other decision makers design solutions and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical);
• Orchestrating different internal and external teams on topics like interfaces/processes ending up in a common agreed solution;
• Experience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environnement;
• Experience in Siemens processes, preferably in the Sales environment;
• Strong focus on meeting Siemens quality guidelines (for both product and processes);
• Strong team player and experience in international environment;
• A pragmatic mindset with output orientation

The pay range for this position is €52.800–€63.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
