Poland And Eastern Europe cerca un Salesforce Architect/Senior Architect per guidare l’architettura AMS Salesforce e garantire l’integrità tecnica della piattaforma. Intraprenderà la governance delle modifiche AMS e supervisionerà l’implementazione di soluzioni scalabili, lavorando con Apex, Flow e LWC/Aura, e guidando l’integrazione API-led.

Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza in gestione debito tecnico, review di codice e leadership tecnica, oltre a fluente italiano/inglese a livello B2 e

Competenze

• Ruolo di Salesforce Architect/Systems Architect.
• Esperienza pratica con AI-powered assistants per aumentare produttività e qualità.
• Comprensione profonda di Salesforce, architettura, limiti di esecuzione e scalabilità.
• Esperienza con Apex, Flow e LWC/Aura.
• Conoscenza di pattern di integrazione API-led.
• Proattiva gestione governance tecnica e debito tecnico.
• Comunicazione in italiano e inglese a livello B2 o superiore.
• Disponibilità a lavorare in ufficio a Milano due giorni/settimana.

Mansioni

• fornire direzione architetturale per Salesforce AMS e garantire l’integrità tecnica complessiva della piattaforma.
• gestire escalation L3, analisi delle cause radice e risoluzione di problemi complessi in produzione.
• fornire governance architetturale e supervisione tecnica per cambi AMS originati.
• stabilire e mantenere la baseline debito tecnico, prioritizzare la remediation.
• garantire qualità e conformità delle soluzioni Salesforce mediante review del codice.
• governare l’integrazione Salesforce, mantenere l’integrazione register e documentare errori noti.
• progettare e governare soluzioni Salesforce scalabili in architettura applicativa, di sistema e di integrazione.
• dirigere la leadership tecnica su Apex, Flow, LWC/Aura, pattern di integrazione API-led e modello di sicurezza Salesforce.

You will be:

• serving as the senior technical authority for the Salesforce AMS landscape, providing architectural direction and ensuring the overall technical integrity of the platform,
• leading L3 technical escalations, driving structured root-cause analysis and overseeing the resolution of complex production issues and problem records,
• providing architectural governance and technical oversight for AMS-originated changes,
• establishing and maintaining the technical-debt baseline, prioritising remediation initiatives and driving their implementation in line with the overall technology roadmap,
• ensuring the quality and technical compliance of Salesforce solutions by reviewing and approving code changes before release,
• governing the Salesforce integration landscape, maintaining the integration register and ensuring that known errors and key technical findings identified during knowledge transfer are properly documented and managed,
• designing, reviewing and governing scalable Salesforce solutions across application, system and integration architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements,
• providing technical leadership across Apex, Flow, LWC/Aura, API-led integration patterns and the Salesforce security model, driving best practices and architectural consistency across the platform.

Your profile:

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect level,
• practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery,
• strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, execution limits and scalability considerations,
• deep expertise in Apex, Flow and LWC/Aura,
• strong understanding of API-led integration patterns,
• strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, execution limits and scalability considerations,
• strong understanding of the Salesforce security model,
• experience with L3 support, root-cause analysis, technical governance and technical-debt management,
• proven ability to take ownership of complex technical domains and act as a trusted technical authority,
• Italian and English language proficiency at B2 level or higher,
• availability to work from our Milan office two days per week.
