Exoscale is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to accelerate growth in Italy. You will hunt new customers, build pipelines, and close deals for our cloud platform (IaaS, Kubernetes, storage). You will collaborate with Presales and Marketing to win new business and expand existing accounts.

You will represent Exoscale at events, manage long sales cycles with technical and business stakeholders, and travel about 20% to meet clients and partners across Italy.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Specialist to accelerate our expansion in Italy. Your mission is clear: generate new business, win new customers, and grow revenue. You thrive in hunting mode, proactively identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing deals in the cloud infrastructure space. Working closely with Presales and Marketing, you will take full ownership of new customer acquisition while strategically expanding existing accounts.

What you do:

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, events, and partner collaboration.

What you offer:

• Proven success in B2B hunting sales, ideally in cloud infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, Kubernetes, or related technologies.
• Strong track record of acquiring new logos and closing complex solution deals and experience in Tenders for public and private sector.
• Experience in SaaS, software, or cloud service environments.
• Confidence in managing long sales cycles and engaging with technical and business decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strong results-driven mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and high level of autonomy — you take initiative and make things happen.
• Fluency in Italy and English (written and spoken).
