UL Solutions is seeking an Associate Sales Process Specialist in Italy to support the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer service. The role involves pre- and post-sales activities, data management, and coordination with Account Managers, SEs/ISEs, and delivery teams.

Proficiency in English and MS Office is required, with up to 1 year of related experience. The position offers a base salary range of €26,000–€28,000 per year plus a 20% annual bonus, paid leave, learning opportunities,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Up to 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business and sales processes.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of UL Solutions' products and services to support quote generation and customer requests.
• Experience working with internal systems and managing data accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure TIC requirements and timelines.
• Prepare and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
• Ensure follow-up activities are scheduled and support conversion of quotes into orders.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data management, documentation, and customer support.
• Connect customers with UL personnel as needed.
• Track account history and gather data to support account planning and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely information.
• Meet established timelines for pre- and post-sales activities.
