LELIT, based in Brescia, Italy, seeks a Junior Sales Order Specialist to strengthen the Sales team. You will support the B2B portal, onboarding, and order management across EU and non-EU channels, including RMA requests.

You will collaborate with Logistics and Customer Care, manage cross-functional processes, and use Excel and digital tools to ensure accurate shipments and quotes. The role offers a permanent contract and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or degree in Economics, Languages or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial back office, customer service, sales operations, order management or similar roles.
• Fluent Italian, C1 level.
• Excellent English, C1 level.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language (French or German) is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Office, especially Excel.
• Good confidence with digital tools, AI, management systems and platforms.
• Accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Manage activities related to the B2B portal.
• Contribute to account onboarding on the B2B platform.
• Support the registration, management and monitoring of orders from different sales channels.
• Process requests for quotations and related commercial documentation.
• Provide customers with information regarding shipments, volumes, costs and transport options.
• Collaborate with Logistics on shipment planning and payment status.
• Follow up and monitor RMA cases with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Care in handling customer requests.
