FBK s.r.l. invites a Junior Sales Operations intern/apprentice to join our Milan-based Sales team. You will support processes, maintain CRM data, and help prepare dashboards and forecasts to drive data‑driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing, develop an analytical mindset, and grow through a structured learning path with mentorship, career development, and hands-on exposure to revenue operations.

Competenze

• Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
• Strong interest in sales operations, business processes, and data analysis.
• Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.

Mansioni

• Support the Sales team in managing and optimizing processes and workflows
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Help prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead management, pipeline tracking, and handover processes
• Assist in monitoring key sales KPIs and performance metrics
• Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and internal documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, templates, and operational processes
