Owens Corning is seeking a Sales Lead for Nord-West Italy to enhance regional sales and manage key client relationships within high-value construction projects. The successful candidate will drive specification sales, monitor project execution, and provide technical support.

Position requires a Bachelor's or Master's in a construction-related field and fluency in both Italian and English. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from €55,000 to €67,000 gross annually, along with performance bonuses and a flexible working model.

• Relevant commercial experience in specification and/or project Sales in the Building & Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of building physics and interaction with construction value chain stakeholders.
• Ability to lead one's own work and have a solution-oriented approach.
