The Owens Corning Foundation is seeking a Sales Leader for the FOAMGLAS industry in South & East Europe. This role involves promoting and selling the complete FOAMGLAS Industry portfolio, overseeing tender processes, and leading sales operations. The ideal candidate has a technical background, significant experience in industrial insulation, and strong relationship management skills.

This position allows for remote work, targeting professionals based in Italy or Spain. Success in this role will contribute to the company’s mission of reducing energy consumption while achieving business growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams.
• 5+ years of experience contributing to mid- and large-scale industrial projects.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee tenders and maintenance projects across the region.
• Provide leadership for sales leads and manage daily sales operations.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote the FOAMGLAS portfolio.
