Job summary

Flowserve SRL is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to develop relationships with key customers and trade organizations, and to translate market trends into action. You will coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to secure bookings and align with regional sales goals.

You will leverage knowledge of rotating pumps, mechanical seals and related equipment to educate customers, perform demonstrations, and present value-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant experience in sales engineering or related field.
• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with rotating equipment, pumps and mechanical seals.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain regular communications with key customers.
• Develop and implement regional marketing plans.
• Serve customers as primary contact for business dealings and proposals.
• Demonstrate product features via demonstrations and presentations.
