UNOX S.p.A. is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the regional sales team in France. You will lead the sales cycle, identify opportunities, and nurture partnerships, with travel up to 50% to support the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur territory.

Responsibilities include delivering ICE sessions, training dealers and wholesalers, and coordinating post-sales support while using the CRM to report insights and progress.

Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work in Europe for the eighth consecutive year, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the Unox Sales Team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role will focus on identifying and managing sales opportunities within the assigned territory (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).

Main responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential prospects to building long-term partnerships through effective networking.
• Coordinate and conduct Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with prospective customers. Plan and deliver training sessions for dealers, wholesalers, and other Unox partners, focusing on post-sales support. Partecipate to HoReCa industry trade fairs.
• Manage and coordinate technical support as needed.
• Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in French is mandatory, English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Experience in the Ho.Re.Ca sector or in a sales role will be considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to maintain a strong market presence.
