Camper in Bologna is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team. You will welcome customers, provide personalised advice, support stock replenishment and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

We value a customer-focused, proactive individual with strong communication and teamwork. English and French are advantageous; flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays is required.

Competenze

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of English and French. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.
