360 Talent is recruiting a Sales Associate for a fashion brand in Milan, Italy. The role covers 40 hours per week and offers a salary up to €26,000 plus a commission scheme.

You will consistently reach sales targets, support store performance, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of sales quality. English proficiency is required, and other languages are a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of experience from retail/fashion environment.
• High level of flexibility and problem-solving ability; meet/exceed targets.
• Proficiency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

• Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales targets monthly and annually, while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales target, both on a monthly and annual basis, while elevating and assisting in business growth.
• Implement business strategies following the guidance of the Store Manager, while staying informed about the performance of the Store.
• Achieve and exceed personal KPI objectives by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of sales quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience from retail/ fashion environment.
• High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve. Demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed both individual and store performance targets.
• Proficiency in English is required and other foreign language skills are a plus.
