360 Talent is hiring a Sales Associate for a luxury fashion brand in Milan, Italy. The role is 40 hours per week with a salary up to €26,000 plus a commission scheme, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to drive store performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail/fashion experience, excellent English proficiency, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales target, both on a monthly and annual basis, while elevating and assisting in business growth.
• Implement business strategies following the guidance of the Store Manager, while staying informed about the performance of the Store.
• Achieve and exceed personal KPI objectives by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of sales quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience from retail/ fashion environment.
• High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve. Demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed both individual and store performance targets.
• Proficiency in English is required and other foreign language skills are a plus.
