360 Talent in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Sales Associate for a fashion brand. The role covers 40 hours per week with a salary up to €26,000 and a commission scheme. You will drive store sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements include at least 1 year in retail/fashion, flexibility, problem-solving, and English proficiency. Other languages are a plus. Shortlisted candidates only will be contacted.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales target, both on a monthly and annual basis, while elevating and assisting in business growth.
• Implement business strategies following the guidance of the Store Manager, while staying informed about the performance of the Store.
• Achieve and exceed personal KPI objectives by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of sales quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience from retail/ fashion environment.
• High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve. Demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed both individual and store performance targets.
• Proficiency in English is required and other foreign language skills are a plus.
