Blue Tomato GmbH is seeking a part-time shop associate in Bergamo to welcome customers, advise on boards, bindings, and streetwear, and bring trend knowledge to every interaction.

You will support the team in visual merchandising, stock, and tills while taking part in trainings and product workshops to grow your skills within a friendly, community-focused environment.

Competenze

• Retail experience or apprenticeship is a plus but not required.
• Passion for board sports and streetwear culture.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Long-term collaboration and personal/professional development.

Mansioni

• You are the first point of contact in the shop and ensure customers feel well-advised and welcome.
• Assist customers in finding products, from decks to snowboarding bindings to streetwear outfits.
• Collaborate with team on visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations.
• Participate in trainings and product workshops to develop skills and product knowledge.

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact in the shop and make sure our customers feel well-advised and welcome
• Your open and approachable attitude helps you quickly understand what our customers looking for – whether it’s the latest deck, the perfect snowboard binding, or a fresh streetwear outfit
• You bring your sense of trends and scene knowledge authentically into every customer interaction
• You work hand-in-hand with the team, providing support in visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations
• You continuously develop your skills through trainings, product workshops, and support from your team

Our Requirements

• Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn
• You identify with the world of board sports and streetwear culture and have a strong sense for their community and lifestyle
• You are communicative, curious, and actively engage with customers to offer excellent customer service
• You value teamwork, respect, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
• You are interested in a long‑term collaboration, bring initiative, and want to develop both personally and professionally

• This position is 24 hours per week.
• The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €1989,85 gross per month (full-time, 40 hours per week)). This sum may vary depending on region.
