Carhartt WIP is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Florence store on a fixed-term 30-hour contract. You will deliver excellent customer service, adapt brand storytelling to retail, and help drive sales while upholding store standards.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer-service experience, are team-oriented, and bring strong communication and people skills. Bilingual Italian/English is a plus. Join our dynamic team in Florence and enjoy a supportive, fashion-forward environment.
