PVH Italy is seeking a shop associate for the Milano location. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring customers feel welcome and well-advised.

You will understand customer needs for the latest boards, bindings, or streetwear, and bring your trends knowledge into every interaction. You will work with the team on visual merchandising, stock, and cashier duties, while developing through trainings and workshops.

Competenze

• Retail experience or completed apprenticeship is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in board sports and streetwear culture.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Our requirements

• Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn
• You identify with the world of board sports and streetwear culture and have a strong sense for their community and lifestyle
• You are communicative, curious, and actively engage with customers to offer excellent customer service
• You value teamwork, respect, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
• You are interested in a long-term collaboration, bring initiative, and want to develop both personally and professionally

• The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €1989,85 gross per month (full-time, 40 hours per week)). This sum may vary depending on region.
