PVH Italy is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant for their new shop opening in Milan. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.

Responsibilities include providing personalized advice, managing the cash register, and achieving sales targets. Applicants should have solid experience in fashion retail and be fluent in Italian and English. The position offers a permanent full-time contract, bonuses, and ongoing training.

Location

As part of our new shop opening in Milan, we are looking for our future Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
• Operate the cash register efficiently
• Meet and exceedsalesKPIs and targets
• Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
• Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager

Qualifications

• Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
• You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• You are a team player and like challenges.
• You are both fluent in Italian and English.
