Del Monte Corporation in the Milan Metropolitan Area is seeking a Sales Assistant for a 6-month internship. Reporting to the Sales Manager in Italy, you will support a broad range of commercial and sales activities and gain exposure to international markets.

The role involves following daily sales, updating stocks, handling order management and pre/post-sales activities, building relationships with customers, and assisting the Senior Commercial Director with data for sales presentations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required.

• Follow the daily sales, updating the stocks with releases and new arrivals for all range Del Monte products.
• Managing sales files reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager Immediately.
• Dealing with order management, pre-sales activities and post sales activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to identify new potential clients through research and networking.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for a 6-month internship based in the Milan Metropolitan Area. Reporting to the Sales Manager in Italy, the successful candidate will support a broad range of commercial and sales activities. The position has a strong international dimension, as around 50% of the role will be dedicated to supporting and collaborating with a European office, providing the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across multiple markets and gain valuable exposure to an international business environment.
