Coccinelle S.p.A. is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Wien store to deliver outstanding customer service and support the team in achieving store objectives.

You will act as a Coccinelle Ambassador, ensure high-quality advisory, monitor sales KPIs, and implement company guidelines on replenishment, visual plan and CRM under Store Manager guidance. Fluency in English and German is required, as is strong Office Suite knowledge; 2+ years in fashion retail with assisted sales preferred.

Competenze

• Excellent relational and communication skills required.
• At least 2 years in a similar fashion retail role with assisted sales.
• Willingness to be part of a structured team and grow as a retail professional.
• Result-oriented, flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of Office Suite.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our Wien store.

We are looking for a Coccinelle Ambassador who knows how to share passion and enthusiasm, supporting the team in achieving the store's objectives.

If you join our Team, you will have the opportunity to:

• be a Coccinelle Ambassador, able to make the customer feel part of our Coccinelle Family
• offer excellent customer service, guaranteeing high-level purchasing advice and developing customer relations
• Guarantee your contribution in monitoring all the sales KPIs and orient your efforts in order to make more efficient all the activities in store, in relation to the directives you will receive from the Store Manager
• Guarantee the implementation of the company's guidelines within the Store regarding replenishment, visual plan, CRM, always in relation to Store Manager directives and considerations
• Offer proactive collaboration to the entire sales team, contributing personally to achieving the store's turnover objectives

You are our candidate if:

• You have excellent relational and communication skills
• You have proven experience of, at least 2 years, in a similar role in the fashion sector in contexts characterized by assisted sales
• If you do not have concrete experience, You are the right candidate if you have the strong will and desire to be part of a structured community and efficient work team in which grow as a retail professional
• You have orientation towards results and the achievement of objectives
• Flexibility
• Very good standing
• Strong sense of responsibility
