Baker Hughes in Italy invites talented students and recent graduates to join a 6‑month Internship within GTS Upgrade Global Operations. You will help develop and implement S&OP performance management processes and analytical tools to monitor performance and support data‑driven decisions.

You’ll evaluate forecasting performance, perform variance analysis, and help build Power BI dashboards while exploring opportunities to automate data extraction and reporting, gaining hands‑on experience in a

Competenze

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Strong interest in planning, performance management, and data analytics
Familiarity with forecasting, planning processes or supply chain concepts is considered a plus
Familiarity with Excel and Power BI

Mansioni

Supporting the setup and operationalization of a structured Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Performance Review process
Performing variance analysis between forecasts, operational plans, and actual business results to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Monitoring and analyze key planning and business performance indicators
Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of business and planning performance
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Line organizations
Contributing to the preparation of management reviews and presentations
