Gold Star Foods is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee delivery operations, dispatch drivers and equipment, and ensure safety, efficiency and excellent customer service in a fast-paced food distribution environment.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of DOT regulations, a valid CDL-A and 3+ years of transportation supervision in foodservice, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with crews and management.

Competenze

• DOT knowledge required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Leadership experience in transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and route planning.

Mansioni

• Supervise, train, and retain drivers and dispatch staff.
• Plan routes, monitor on-time performance and costs.
• Ensure safety compliance and complete DVIR checks.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and coverage.
• Coach drivers to meet performance goals.
