The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering or economics (or a master’s in supply chain) and brings 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and people management skills to drive continuous improvement.

• Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction.
• Assuring highest care about People management.
• Managing operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s).

• Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and building a strategy.
• Promoting the continuous improvement of culture and sustainability of the program.
• Leading by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture.
• Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's needs; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities.
