Sun Chemical is seeking an experienced Transportation Logistics Manager to drive freight and distribution excellence across the EMEA region. This strategic role combines regional leadership with hands-on operational expertise, shaping logistics strategies that balance cost, service, and sustainable growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in logistics and/or supply chain management; senior-level exposure preferred.
• Proven logistics procurement, contracting, and negotiation expertise.
• Strong proficiency with SAP, TMS, and BI tools.

Mansioni

• Define and execute regional logistics and distribution strategies aligned with global governance and business priorities.
• Drive freight and distribution cost transparency through dashboards, reporting, and analytics; identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across freight, distribution, and logistics networks to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Manage and develop strategic relationships with 3PL/4PL providers, including performance management and contract negotiations.
• Design and maintain logistics operating models, processes, SOPs, and standards including freight audit/pay and master data management.
• Support ERP, TMS, and related system development and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded.
