Zusammenfassung

Roadsurfer is seeking a Location Manager to lead a station, establish operations on-site, and collaborate with central teams to ensure smooth daily activity across our European locations.

You will optimize processes, manage vehicle returns and handovers, coordinate with service partners, and recruit and onboard your on-site team while maintaining high service standards for customers renting and exploring with roadsurfer.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in car rental, tourism or similar.
• Experience leading employees or teams is advantageous.
• High service orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
• Hands-on and effective communicator.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency.
• Driver's license Class B.

• Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management: lead the location on-site and coordinate with central departments.
• Process Optimization: implement standards and optimize vehicle returns, handovers and preparation.
• Collaborate with roadsurfer Stations: maintain communication with international teams for improvements.
• Team Leadership: onboard, plan tasks and ensure quality control for the on-site team.
• Recruitment: build your team and hire suitable talent for your location.
• Fleet Management: oversee vehicle fleet documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and partner coordination.
• Customer Consultation: advise customers on products and services, turning them into happy roadsurfers.

The role - your passion

• Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management: You take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site
• Process Optimization: You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation)
• Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements
• Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, you motivate and lead your on-site team. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control
• Recruitment: You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your location
• Fleet Management: You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners
• Customer Consultation: You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome
• Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
• High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
• You are a hands-on and effective communicator
• You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized
• You speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently
• Driver's license Class B

Your Salary

We transparency. The salary range for this position is between 38,000 EUR and 38,500 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
