Hublot Rome boutique is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and conveying the brand’s philosophy. You will engage with clients, guide their purchase journey with in-depth product knowledge, and uphold luxury standards across all touchpoints.

You will manage CRM activities, contribute to sales goals, and collaborate with the team to maintain visual merchandising and after-sales excellence within a Boutique environment in Rome.

Competenze

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
• Experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail companies.
• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude.
• Comfortable in client facing activities and clienteling.
• KPIs and digital ability (understanding of retail tech and CRM)

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in meeting their needs and conveying product knowledge, history and heritage.
• Assist customers with selling ceremony and guide them through the buying journey.
• Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showing passion for the brand.
• Contribute to achieving store goals and support visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Develop CRM and clienteling strategies to strengthen relationships with customers and foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and strong teamwork.
• Maintain product displays in line with brand guidelines and ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Support cashier procedures and after-sales service in line with company policies.
