Oceanair in Italy seeks an experienced Licensed Tour Guide & Operations Executive to join the team in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. The role blends professional tour guiding with day-to-day operations to deliver smooth, high-quality experiences from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Italian Tourist Guide qualification, demonstrate strong knowledge of Rome and Lazio, and coordinate tours, suppliers, transportation and guest services to ensure exceptional guest

Competenze

Licensed Italian Tourist Guide with registration in the national register.
Proven experience as a professional Tourist Guide in Rome/Lazio.
Experience in tour operations, DMC or travel agency.
Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

Lead and conduct professional tours across Rome and Lazio.
Plan and coordinate daily tours, itineraries, schedules and logistics.
Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, attractions, suppliers and partners.
Manage tour bookings, tickets, reservations and operational arrangements.
Coordinate drivers, guides and other service providers for smooth execution.
Monitor tours on the ground and handle last-minute changes or issues.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
Support development and improvement of new tours and experiences in Lazio.
Monitor costs, timing and service quality; report incidents to management.
Ensure compliance with Italian tourism regulations.
