Novo Nordisk in Rome is seeking a Clinical Trial Administrator to keep clinical trials in Italy moving with accuracy and pace. You will support the local study team from start-up to close-out, manage trial documentation, track progress, coordinate vendors and ensure investigator site payments are on time.

You will work within the Clinical Development Centre to ensure trials remain compliant and inspection-ready, contributing to Novo's mission of delivering therapies for serious chronic diseases.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences (biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, biology or related field).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial phases, GCP and ethical considerations.
• Experience using CTMS and digital tools for document management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit required documentation for trial start-up.
• Set up and maintain the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) including iTMF.
• Track trial activities and coordinate tasks to support high-quality delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure site payments are on time.
• Collaborate across functions to keep trial execution on schedule.
