Imperial Brands in Rome seeks a CRM & Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales Force with data quality, reporting, and CRM management. You will help ensure the CRM delivers reliable insights to drive performance and informed decisions, collaborating with offshore tech teams and internal stakeholders.

The role focuses on data integrity, UAT leadership, and developing dashboards and KPI analyses to support Trade & Sales initiatives in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• Experience in BI and CRM administration.
• Strong data mining, accuracy and consistency in data across systems.
• Lead UAT testing, support release cycles and drive improvements.
• Configure Salesforce including data mapping and workflow design.
• Create and update user documentation, training materials and support.
• Deliver reports, dashboards and KPI analysis including ad hoc insights.

Mansioni

• Manage and enhance Salesforce CRM and BI systems with offshore teams.
• Ensure data integrity across multiple sources and systems.
• Lead UAT testing and support release cycles for system improvements.
• Configure Salesforce data mapping, workflows and sales processes.
