Coloplast is hiring a Commercial Development Analyst in Bologna with smart working up to 3 days a week. You will transform raw data into reliable customer segmentation, KPI reporting, and performance analyses to guide commercial decisions and improve outcomes.

You will lead dashboards, trackers, and data integrity across CRM and reporting sources, collaborating with the BI team to maximize commercial impact. 3+ years in analytics is preferred, with strong Excel and CRM experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field with high performance
• 3+ years in analytically driven roles (Commercial Excellence, Sales Ops, Market Insights, or similar)
• Experience with CRM systems and data quality is a plus

Mansioni

• Translate raw data into customer segmentation, KPI reporting and performance analyses.
• Develop trackers and dashboards to support commercial decision-making and performance insights.
• Own data integrity across CRM and reporting sources.
• Collaborate with BI function to build dashboards and trackers for KPIs.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from Sales.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders to drive action.
