Generative Bionics, Genova-based deep-tech robotics company, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to design, build, and scale the operating model for delivery, deployment, support, and continuous improvement of our humanoid robotic platforms. Lead cross-functional teams and establish governance across PoC deployments and service operations.

You will own end-to-end operations, including product deployment, field service, and customer support, while aligning with executive leadership to drive growth

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Operations or related functions.
• Experience building and scaling operations in robotics or complex hardware environments.

Mansioni

• Define and scale-up the company's operational framework supporting the entire customer life-cycle from PoC to ongoing service operations.
• Transform product and commercial commitments into scalable operational processes with clear ownership and workflows.
• Own deployment, service delivery, installations, commissioning, field interventions and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate Logistics, Engineering, NOC, Customer Success, and external service partners for efficient service delivery.
• Define and monitor SLAs, response times, resolutions targets, escalation procedures and standards.
• Oversee management of customer issues, incidents, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build and grow a scalable operations organization including Customer Service Operations.
• Establish a continuous improvement framework across customer and service operations.
• Own operational requirements for CRM, ticketing, service management, field service, inventory and customer-facing systems.
