Generative Bionics, a Genova-based deep-tech robotics company, seeks a COO to design and scale its operating model for real-world deployment of humanoid robotic platforms. You will own processes, governance, and organizational structure to support customer lifecycle from PoC to ongoing service operations, driving growth and international expansion.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across Logistics, Engineering, NOC, and Customer Operations,

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles in Operations, Service Operations, Customer Operations, Field Operations or Industrial Operations.
• Proven experience building and scaling operational functions in a complex robotics B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of SLA management, incident management, escalation frameworks, field service and deployment operations.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English.
• Background in robotics, automation, medtech, or other complex hardware environments.

Mansioni

• Define, implement and scale the operational framework supporting the customer life-cycle from PoC to delivery and service operations.
• Transform product requirements into scalable operational processes with clear ownership and workflows.
• Own deployment, service delivery activities, installations, commissioning, field interventions and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate logistics, engineering, NOC, customer success and external service partners for efficient service delivery.
• Define and monitor SLAs, response times, resolutions targets and escalation procedures.
• Oversee management of customer issues, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build and develop a scalable operations organization and grow the customer service function.
• Establish a continuous improvement framework across customer and service operations.
