A robotics and AI company in Milan is seeking a Chief of Staff / Operations Manager to take ownership of operational processes and directly influence how the company scales. The role requires experience in fast-paced startups, particularly with hardware and robotics. You will manage logistics for innovative prototypes and work closely with founders, contributing to cutting-edge projects. Candidates should be able to work autonomously and thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Competenze

• Experience with hardware, robotics, deep tech, or regulated environments.
• Bonus: experience with Italian corporate structures, logistics, or technical teams.

Mansioni

• Own and automate core operational processes for an Italian S.p.A.
• Improve internal reporting and operational visibility.
• Plan and execute logistics for robots and hardware.
• Coordinate timelines for engineering and marketing.
• Build playbooks for demos and field deployments.
• Implement scalable processes for partner management.
• Manage procurement and operational risk.

Conoscenze

Experience operating in fast-moving startups or scale-ups
