Lindsay Infrastructure is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the local engineering and technical office for road safety products. You will drive engineering execution, product support, and delivery across cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain.

You will act as the qualified technical professional for OS 12-A certificates, overseeing regulation, DFMEA/DFMA, and validation activities to ensure safe, manufacturable solutions.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Section A registration with the Italian Order of Engineers.
• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the engineering and technical office for road safety products.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from requirements to release.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Oversee drawings, BOMs, specs, manuals and reports.
• Lead crash testing and validation activities with documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, homologation and quality systems.
• Drive technical risk management using DFMA/DFMEA/FEA and reviews.
• Prepare budgets, resource plans, KPIs and risk updates for management.
• Sign OS 12-A certificates where empowered; maintain authority.
