equest is seeking an on-site Field Technical Specialist to ensure successful technical execution of projects and professional implementation of solutions. You will act as the primary technical contact on-site, coordinating field activities with customers, project teams and subcontractors.

You will frequently travel to customer sites to supervise installation, commissioning, testing and start-up activities, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.

Competenze

• Technical High School Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics or Automation.
• Willingness to travel frequently for project sites and customer locations.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems and safety standards.

Mansioni

• Support tendering and proposal preparation with technical assessments and site surveys.
• Develop and review technical solutions, specifications, and project documentation for customer requirements and standards.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, testing and start-up activities at customer sites.
• Coordinate on-site activities with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Provide hands-on technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project execution in the field ensuring schedule, quality, safety and performance targets.
• Act as primary technical interface with customers during site execution and translate needs into actions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align on-site activities with project objectives.
• Report progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and support clear project communication.
• Monitor site costs and assist budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel frequently across national locations to support project implementation and customer operations.
