Herbrooks Consulting S.r.l is seeking an Engineering Director for the Electrical & Electromechanical sector to lead the engineering function and govern product development, governance, and lifecycle processes. The role drives strategy, budget, and performance across global teams.

The candidate will oversee certification, compliance, and safety aspects, ensuring alignment with international standards while steering innovation roadmaps and audit follow-ups.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electronic and electromechanical components and systems for industrial applications.
• Extensive leadership in Engineering, R&D, or Product Development with governance of Engineering Services and Technical Support.
• Experience with product safety, homologation, compliance documentation, and international standards.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the Engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Engineering and R&D teams, ensuring skills, capabilities, and priorities.
• Define and improve Engineering and Product Lifecycle processes, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor application of processes across the organization, including Technical Support activities.
