Lindsay Corporation seeks an experienced Technical Manager to lead the local engineering and technical office for road safety products in Italy. You will drive engineering execution, ensure technical compliance, support products, and lead people across functions to deliver safe and manufacturable solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing the technical team, coordinating cross-functional projects, reviewing documentation, and ensuring OS 12-A certification readiness.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering issued in Italy.
• State Exam or equivalent qualification enabling professional engineer registration.
• Current registration in Section A of Italian Order of Engineers.
• Eligibility to sign OS 12-A certificates with company appointment.
• Five+ years in senior engineering leadership or technical management.
• Experience with complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD experience.
• Knowledge of DFMA, DFMEA/FMEA, FEA, design verification and testing.

• Lead and develop the technical team, manage workload and resource planning.
• Oversee multiple engineering and product-development projects from requirements to release.
• Develop technical plans aligned with priorities, timelines and budgets.
• Review drawings, BOMs, manufacturing routings, manuals and reports.
